A GreenBox Rentals associate will work with you to coordinate drop-off and pick-up times that accommodate your schedule. We prefer at least 48 hours prior notice.

Yes, someone must be there to sign for the boxes. The signatory must be 18 years or older.

No, we only rent the equipment.

Payment is required upfront and before drop-off. An invoice will be provided and we accept all major credit cards.

We require 24 hour cancellation notice from the scheduled drop-off time.

We understand there can be delays or unexpected disruptions when moving. You can extend your rentals for an additional week or at a daily rate.
