What areas do you service?
Our service area is the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill area of North Carolina. Contact us for additional delivery and pick up information.
What sizes are your moving boxes?
Our moving boxes are 27” long x 17” wide x 12″ deep. No assembly is needed.
How many moving boxes do I need?
Please refer to our moving box packages on the packages and pricing page to help determine your moving supplies needs.
What are your delivery hours and how much notice is required?
A GreenBox Rentals associate will work with you to coordinate drop-off and pick-up times that accommodate your schedule. We prefer at least 48 hours prior notice.
Does someone need to be there for the drop-off and pick-up of the moving boxes?
Yes, someone must be there to sign for the moving boxes. The signatory must be 18 years or older.
Will GreenBox Rentals move for me?
We only rent the moving supplies. We do have local partners that can help facilitate moving services.
How and when do I pay?
Payment is required upfront and before drop-off of the moving supplies. An invoice will be provided and we accept all major credit cards.
What is the cancellation policy?
We require 24 hour cancellation notice from the scheduled drop-off time.
What if I need more time with my boxes?
- We understand there can be delays or unexpected disruptions when moving. You can extend your rentals for an additional weekly rate.
